What services does APPNA Community Health Center offer?

We provide primary care medical consults, mental health consults, basic lab services and flu shots (during flu season) to underserved patients 18+ of age.

Who can be seen at APPNA Community Health Center?

Any adult (18+) without adequate health insurance (underserved) in need of medical care.

  • Emergency medical care
  • HIV testing
  • TB skin testing
  • Narcotics prescriptions
  • Immunizations (except flu shots during flu season)
  • Dental care
  • Children's healthcare

Do we offer ongoing primary care services?

What is not offered at APPNA Community Health Center?

APPNA Community Health Center serves as a safety net clinic to meet the current medical needs of our patients, however we are not a replacement of longterm primary care services.

How much does it cost?

A gold balance scale with coins, a calculator, and a money bag.

Medical consultations are provided free of charge to underserved patients by licensed healthcare professionals who volunteer their time and services.

Can I get my prescriptions refilled at APPNA Community Health Center?

Yes, we can refill most prescriptions after you have been evaluated by one of our health care providers. Please note we do not offer prescriptions for any controlled medication.

 We will call you within 24 hours Monday-Friday. You can tell us about the issue, and we can schedule an appointment.

We are supported through individual donations, both monetary and in-kind along with grants from various sources including CVS Pharmacy and Islamic Relief USA.
